IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENTS

The annual dinner to kick off the 2008 season will be a POTLUCK this year! The Pot luck form of dining the last 2 years saved us hundreds of dollars that can go toward important items and / or programs for the team. It will be held on Tuesday July 29th at 6:00 PM in the TCHS cafeteria. The boosters will provide paper goods and utensils. Food will be provided by ALL of us! What to bring? Check out the schedule:

EACH PLAYER IS TO BRING ONE 2-LITER SOFT DRINK AND-----

Players with last names beginning in A-H, please provide a main dish— enough to serve at least 8 people-items like a bucket of chicken, a pan of lasagna or spaghetti, BBQ and buns, (WE had a lot of chicken last year so please mix it up)etc.

Players with last names beginning in I-P, please provide a salad or side dish—again, enough to serve at least 8, hot casseroles, Mac and cheese, pasta salads, lettuce salads, etc. would be awesome!

Players with last names beginning in Q-Z, please provide a pan of bars or brownies, a cake, two dozen cookies, or the like. Any kind of dessert will do! Please provide (and label) any necessary serving utensils for dishes!

Tates Creek items will be on sale! This year we have:  Tshirts, long sleeve shirts, jerseys and TC beanie bears

Money will be collected for each players practice shorts and shirt. This one time cost is $30.00.Also $60.00 for drug testing. Make checks payable to TCFBB.

Reminders:

*Clean up of the stadium will be announced soon This is a mandatory activity for all players. Please bring any of the following items: Shovels, weed eaters, blowers, brooms, hoses, power washers, rakes

*Parent volunteers are needed to help prepare and serve food to both teams immediately following the scrimmage. on Friday August 15th. We will be feeding both teams so please come and help prepare the food.

We will also be feeding the teams after the 2nd scrimmage also. Again please help prepare the food. Rick Melton will be your contact for these 2 events
